Technology Transfer: From Prototype to Production

Indusmation LLC, we believe that a brilliant design is only as good as its execution in the factory and the field. Our Technology Transfer services are designed for manufacturers who want to minimize technical debt, reduce time-to-market, and establish world-class production standards for spectroscopy-based instrumentation.

We don’t just deliver drawings; we deliver the capability to manufacture, calibrate, and support high-end gas analyzers locally and globally.

Phase 1 Engineering Blueprints & DFM

We provide a complete technical "DNA" package for your gas analyzer production. This includes high-precision mechanical drawings, Altium-based PCB layouts, and a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) optimized for global sourcing. By applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles early, we ensure that the transition from a laboratory prototype to a production-ready instrument is efficient, repeatable, and cost-effective.

Phase 2 Supply Chain & Localization

Successful technology transfer requires more than just schematics; it requires a localized supply chain. We assist partners in Southeast Asia, India, and South America in identifying and vetting local vendors for non-critical components while maintaining a bridge for high-precision electro-optic parts. This strategy reduces import costs and lead times, allowing for a competitive regional price point without compromising on the NDIR/UV spectroscopy performance.

Phase 3 Manufacturing & Calibration Setup

The final step in transfer is the establishment of local infrastructure. We design the frameworks for assembly lines, calibration benches, and automated test rigs specific to multi-gas analyzers. Beyond the hardware, we provide the technical training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) necessary for local teams to perform high-accuracy calibration and quality control, ensuring every unit meets international performance standards.
